Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Plymouth, MN, to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 20252026 school year. This position offers a great opportunity to support communication development in students while collaborating closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Job Requirements:

Active Minnesota SLPA license required

Must hold an Associates degree in SLPA or a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders (per new MN law)

Prior experience working with AAC devices strongly preferred

School-based experience is a plus
Job Duties:

Support SLP in providing direct therapy to students across a caseload of 4560 students

Assist with implementation of treatment plans and communication goals

Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress

No direct paperwork responsibilitiesfocus is on therapy and student interaction
